The Wedding of Svetlana and Michael @ The Fennes, Essex

Next up we photographed Svetlana and Michael's wedding which took place at The Fennes in Essex. Although the weather forecast was not good we were again lucky with our breaks in the weather - cloudy yes but the rain fortunately stayed away! Svetlana and Michael had a real vintage feel to their day which I adore - their marquee was so beautiful as you'll see in the photos. A lot of time and effort clearly went in to get such stunning results. Here's a selection from their day

Svetlana looked so beautiful - the 1930's touch to their day was gorgeous and her hair and make-up was exquisite

David started with Michael and the boys at the pub opposite the church - here's a few of those photos

What a lucky girl Svetlana is - her Christian Louboutin shoes were ...... words can't describe how lovely they are and I adore the red soles!

Because I am really behind on the blog I have completed Svetlana and Michael's package with them and Svetlana kindly sent me the following e-mail:

When Michael and I looked through the online proofs, our instant reaction was that they were perfect and exactly what we wanted. We were really looking forward to getting the DVD which arrived yesterday, and I have to say I am over the moon. I cannot believe you did such a wonderful job and I'm even more amazed that I didn't notice you or David taking the majority of those photos. We both especially love the ones you've edited, they look amazing. I think my favourite is the one you put on the cover of the proof book. It's safe to say that'll be going up somewhere in Casa Wright.


We both would really like to thank you for all the hard and very stealth! work you put in on the day. I've had many of our guests saying how lovely the photographers were, one of my bridesmaids even asked for your details for her wedding (I need to add she is yet to get engaged!). So it was a real pleasure to have you share the day with us. My only regret is that we didn't ask you to stay longer.

Svetlana and Michael were fantastic to work with. They are a gorgeous couple who we wish nothing but happiness for. We're sure they'll be together for many years to come and we wish them all the best in their future together. We hope you'll stay in touch

The Wedding of Emma and Matt @ Cley Windmill, Norfolk

Next up was Emma and Matt's wedding which took place at Cley Windmill in Norfolk. Again a mixed bag really with the weather - no showers but definitely lots of clouds around which made for some dramatic shots!  Here's a selection from their day starting with Emma getting ready

Whilst I was with Emma, David went down the pub with the boys - I love this one of Matt with his Guinness Moustache

Emma wrote all the times out for Matt for their wedding day and sent it to his I-phone so he knew what he was meant to be doing and when

Their dog, Hattie wasn't allowed in the Windmill itself but was outside for the reception and she was gorgeous

The windmill doesn't allow confetti so instead Emma and Matt bought bubbles with them for everyone to blow over them instead which worked beautifully

We LOVE them!! We have only had chance for a quick look so far but we cried and laughed all the way through them. They are exactly what we hoped for and capture the day perfectly. They make me want to do it all over again! Thank you so much for them and for you and David on the day. You easily became part of the wedding party and the way you both put everyone at ease was amazing. I have heard nothing but very high compliments to you both.


I have passed the code on to friends and family and their feedback so far is exactly the same. We are now looking forward to seeing the proof book and making our album choices - that will be very difficult!!
