The Wedding of Emma and Matt @ Cley Windmill, Norfolk

Next up was Emma and Matt's wedding which took place at Cley Windmill in Norfolk. Again a mixed bag really with the weather - no showers but definitely lots of clouds around which made for some dramatic shots!  Here's a selection from their day starting with Emma getting ready

Whilst I was with Emma, David went down the pub with the boys - I love this one of Matt with his Guinness Moustache

Emma wrote all the times out for Matt for their wedding day and sent it to his I-phone so he knew what he was meant to be doing and when

Their dog, Hattie wasn't allowed in the Windmill itself but was outside for the reception and she was gorgeous

The windmill doesn't allow confetti so instead Emma and Matt bought bubbles with them for everyone to blow over them instead which worked beautifully

We LOVE them!! We have only had chance for a quick look so far but we cried and laughed all the way through them. They are exactly what we hoped for and capture the day perfectly. They make me want to do it all over again! Thank you so much for them and for you and David on the day. You easily became part of the wedding party and the way you both put everyone at ease was amazing. I have heard nothing but very high compliments to you both.


I have passed the code on to friends and family and their feedback so far is exactly the same. We are now looking forward to seeing the proof book and making our album choices - that will be very difficult!!

Hayley and Mark's Wedding photographed @ Cley Windmill, Norfolk

For the third time in a row we were back at Cley Windmill to photograph Hayley and Mark's Wedding

David started off with Mark and the boys getting ready whilst I stayed with the girls. The windmill really lived up to it's name with the wind whistling around - very, very gusty but not too cold. After the ceremony we went down to Cley beach to do a few photos there as well which was fab.

This is Hayley and her dad before they went into the ceremony - as they were so tight on space and numbers they asked me to not photograph the ceremony itself

I love the 1950's style black and white on this one which to me adds a timeless quality to it

I love this of the girls - it feels as though the photo could have been taken many years ago!

'Hi Hayley,

We really did have the perfect wedding and have such happy memories of it all.

It was lovely to come back and still have the excitement of looking through our photos. Thank you so much!!!! I just can't express enough how much we love them. They are wonderful and really do capture the day, especially the ones taken during the speeches. It's impossible to pick a favourite because they are all so great but I do really like the ones taken at the beach and the ones of Mark and I on the balcony. I'm so glad you and David were there with us. I did wonder whether, because we were having such a small and intimate wedding, it would make it awkward having a photographer there, but I felt you guys fitted in so well and it really felt like you were a big part of making our day so special. You are both so lovely and friendly, Mark and I are really happy that we picked you - we couldn't have wished for better! So thank you so very much.

Obviously I'd like to have them all!!! It's going to be so hard to pick the end product but I know it'll be amazing!
