Here's a selection of Sarah and Tom's images starting with Tom arriving with his bestman (in the middle) and Sarah's dad (on the left):
Sarah's mum did all the flowers and they were beautiful. I personally love seeing lots of different colours and flowers in the displays and especially seeing different buttonholes for the men
Tom looked very handsome and didn't stop smiling all day
This was his grandfathers pocket watch
All the boys ready to go to the ceremony
The girls got ready in the Tapestry Room in the Main Building which is a stunning room
Sarah looked beautiful and her dress was divine
This is the main Elizabethan Hall set up ready for the ceremony
I adore their ceremony photos - they both were concentrating and incredibly focused on what the registrar was saying to them
I'm always a sucker for a holding hands photo
Confetti photos are always a treat to photograph as you never know what expressions couples will make and how much confetti will be thrown
Sarah and Tom had seen this shot elsewhere and really wanted to do it for their large group shot - well done to everyone for forming such a lovely heart shape!
Just some of guests mingling in the gardens
Tom's parents live in France and came over for the wedding bringing some wonderful wine from their Vineyard with them (photos of that later)
Here's Sarah's parents
The big tree's at Spains are definite features in the gardens worth photographing
The only flowers in bloom in the gardens were some fantastically bright Daffodils and who could have resisted taking them off for some photos amongst them
Sarah's cousin pipped them over from the main hall to the Stables where the wedding breakfast was held
Sarah's mum not only did all the flowers but made this wonderful cake and cupcakes which fitted in perfectly with their afternoon tea and vintage crockery - what a very talented lady
The speeches were before the meal and they all gave brilliant ones!
Tom designed and painted their seating plan which was so unique, special and a complete triumph
The tables were set up beautifully
Who can resist an afternoon tea that looks this good ... yum
Here's some of the wine that Tom's parents bought over from their vineyard
Instead of a guest book Sarah and Tom set up an old fashioned type-writer and asked guests to type them a message
The wedding favours were lovely packets of seeds for guests to take away with them
One of the guests bought Tom and Sarah this lovely wooden sign that I couldn't resist taking a photo of
In the ladies toilets they had set up a lovely basket full of things for the guests that might come in handy
If you were a guest at Sarah and Tom's Wedding and would like to view their wedding photos they are currently online. There is a password but I'm sure they'll be happy to share it with you if you ask nicely.
After seeing their images Tom and Sarah sent me the following thank you card which I'm sure they won't mind me sharing with you:
'Dear Hayley,
Sarah and I wanted to write to say thank you for doing such a marvellous job at our wedding. We thought you were incredibly professional whilst also being kind, sensitive to the situation and supportive. Everyone said that the day was really relaxed and calm and having a photographer who made getting people together for particular shots fun rather than a chore really helped. Thank you.
We have just come home after our honeymoon and have had a look through all the photos which are FANTASTIC! We are so pleased that we managed to get everyone together for the heart shape!
Best wishes
Tom and Sarah'
Sarah and Tom are a really sweet couple and it was a pleasure to be a part of their day. All their guests were equally welcoming to us and we really enjoyed photographing you all. We are sure that Sarah and Tom have a long and happy marriage ahead of them and we hope that our paths will cross again in the future. I'm really looking forward to designing your album with you both soon.
