The Wedding of Martina & Tristan photographed @ Wickham Skeith, Suffolk

The last Wedding we photographed was in Wickham Skeith for Martina and Tristan's. This was a lovely day and extra special for us as it's the first wedding we've photographed in our village. It was also slightly an odd feeling though being able to walk to the church, reception and home again. We had a wonderful time sharing in their day and were blessed with a lovely summer day to celebrate it with.

Here's a selection of photos from their day

The flowergirl and pageboy were both adorable, well-behaved children who thankfully enjoyed having their photos taken

Martina arrived in a Horse and Carriage

Here's her and her dad coming into the church together with a range taken during the ceremony - the vicar kindly let me stand still at the front whilst David took from the back of the church

There was a slight breeze which caught Martina's veil

Martina asked for a photo of the men throwing their top hats into the air!

These were taken down at our village pond known as 'The Grimmer'

Here's a large group shot taken in Martina's parents back garden where the reception was held

Although Meg (the Weimaraner) didn't come to the church she was present and in the reception photos!

I love this one where Meg came and sat with me during their receiving line

Their cake was very simple and beautiful

Here's some of them outdoors in the evening followed by a selection of dancing ones

If you attended Martina and Tristan's Wedding and would like to view their photos they are online now. They have the password which I'm sure they'll share with you!

We had a fantastic day with both the two of you and your friends and family. We also enjoyed seeing so many familiar village faces! I'm looking forward to getting together with you both soon to design your album with you. We wish you both a very long and happy future together and hope that we continue seeing you around the village.
