Here's a selection from their day starting with me joining Lisa getting ready at her parents house whilst David joined Alex getting ready at his parents:
This little rascal (one of Lisa's nephews) was just gorgeous and loved having his photo taken
Alex bought Lisa her bridal jewellery from Tiffany's (later you'll see Lisa bought Alex some cufflinks from Tiffany's too!)
How to keep little ones amused before a wedding and getting them ready
Lisa looked stunning
It was all go in the house before they left (which may have been the reason the bouquets were left behind)
All the boys with their cufflinks
Alex looked dashing
Alex's two brothers (below) were his bestmen and his friends were ushers
When Lisa arrived we realised the bouquets were missing so she took the car flowers into the church instead
Sadly the vicar wouldn't allow us to take any photos during the ceremony at all - such a shame when they do that
As we had a break in the rain we did a few groups outside the church
When the confetti was thrown Lisa got a bug in her eye so we had a confetti moment part 1 (with bug - above) and part 2 (after bug - below!)
Whilst Lisa's brother-in-law went back to get the bouquets we did some of their photos out the front of The West Wing in a beautiful wildflower area
The toastmaster (Chris Woods) was fab and worked with us to help make everything run smoothly
Mini fish and chips always go down a treat!
As soon as Lisa's bouquet arrived we got on and did their group shots
This is Lisa's friend who travelled all the way from Australia to be a part of their day - they met through being Brownie Penpal's and have stayed in touch ever since!
Off to the little temple in the Italian gardens for a few pics
I love these two detail ones and adore the flowers which smelt intoxicating
Inside the main room looked beautiful
They chose to do the speeches before the meal but kept them nice and short and sweet so everyone got fed quickly
After the meal Lisa and Alex wanted to do a few more photos outside - I love these ones!
What an unusual cake
As well as a disco and band they also had a casino which the guests looked as though they were really enjoying
Lisa and Alex are a lovely, relaxed and sweet couple that we're certain they've got many happy married years ahead of them. We love their images so much and are sad their day's now gone but look forward to designing their photobook with them soon.
