September weddings began for us with the Wedding of Jason and Katie whose photographs we took at Fordham Church followed by their reception at The Anchor Inn, Sutton Gault
What a glorious autumnal day we had - that really warm light you get at this time of year stayed with us for the whole day. Their ceremony was at Fordham Church which was incredibly beautiful inside and then on to The Anchor Inn at Sutton Gault where we had the gloriously flat fen landscape to work with.

I love the ones taken on the river bank of just the two of them when we were back at the reception venue. Here's a small selection.
The more observant among you may have noticed that Katie is pregnant (my third bride this year to be about 4 months pregnant on their wedding day). I like this one which shows off a little more of her bump.
On the top table they had to ice sculptures with white roses in that were beautiful - here's a couple of photos to show you.
The speeches for this wedding were certainly some of the longest and most risque (from the two bestmen) that we have heard this year. Here's a couple taken during the speeches.

Overall, it was a lovely day which everyone seemed to enjoy very much. We wish Katie and Jason all the best for their future together and look forward to hearing from them when the little one is born.
